At present we ship our prescription glasses to the US, and the rest of the World, please see the payment page for delivery charges.

topHow long will it take to receive my glasses?

Once your order is processed by our dispensing optician it will be sent straight to our lab and your glasses will be made within 1 to 2 days of receipt of your order. Were happy to say that the majority of orders take less then 5 working days to reach your doorstep (That's faster then most local opticians). However, we do stress please allow up to 28 days for orders such as rimless glasses and prescription sunglasses(although it has never taken this long). For frames with varifocal lenses the 28 days commences from the day that we receive your marked frames.

For prescriptions that have been sent by fax or email, the 28 days will commence from that day we receive your prescription.

If your glasses are out of stock, whether these been rimless glasses or another style, we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery. You can always sign into your account and view ‘my orders’ to view the progress of your order during the process.

topHow much is the delivery cost of my glasses?

Your glasses will be delivered by Royal Mail and will cost just £10. if you order more than 1 pair the delivery charge remains just £10. All items must be signed for on receipt of delivery.

topI have ordered more than 1 pair of glasses but have only received 1 pair?

On occasion one particular pair of glasses could take longer to prepare than another. This can be due to a combination of complexities during the manufacturing process such as complex prescriptions and extras such as coatings or tints, with the lead time on some fashion glasses taking longer than others. We want you to receive your glasses as soon as they are ready, so if one pair is completed sooner than another pair in your order we will dispatch these to you immediately. Subsequent pairs will be shipped as soon as they have been completed at no extra cost.

topCan I choose a different delivery address to the payment address?

Yes, once you go through to checkout you have the option to choose a different delivery address to that of your payment address.

topCan I check the progress of my order?

Yes you can. Simply login to your account with the details supplied and you will be able to track your order from acknowledgement of your order to dispatch. You will also be emailed during these different statuses. After making a purchase, whether you buy fashionable retro glasses or any other style, you will receive an automated email confirming that you have placed an order with us. You will receive a second email titled "processing order"once we have checked your order and we are happy with the details supplied. A final email will be sent after dispatch of your order. Pretty soon after this you will recieve your new glasses.

topIf I’m not there for the delivery what will happen?

All our deliveries need a valid signature from the recipient. If you're not home on the day of delivery, USPS or corresponding postal service in the country of delivery will try again at a later date. If the second delivery is unsuccessful you will receive a delivery card through your door with clear instructions on how to collect your delivery from your local depot.

topDo you refund delivery costs?

Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of delivery. There is only one exception to this rule; on the rare occasion that our glasses are out of stock, you are entitled to a full refund including delivery charges.

topHow much do you need to spend to get free delivery?

Delivery to anywhere in the US from £10. Free delivery when you spend over £120 with us is available for a limited time. Average delivery time 5 working days, please allow more time for bifocals, varifocals and complicated prescriptions.
