topHow do I pay for my glasses?

We accept all major US credit and debit cards excluding AMEX. We also accept Paypal accounts.

topDo your store my credit/debit card details ?

We never store any of our customers financial data, either online or offline. All our transactions are Verisign secured using 128 bit encryption.

topIs payment on your website secure?

We take your security very seriously and that is why we have provided a safe, secure and simple way for you to pay for your frames. All our transactions are Verisign secured using 128 bit encryption for your peace of mind and satisfaction guaranteed.

topWhat is your guarantee and refund policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase please return the items in the original and undamaged packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your purchase excluding the cost of Postage & Packaging. Alternatively we will exchange your purchase at no extra cost for an equal or lower priced pair (We will even refund the difference for the lower priced pair!). If you want to upgrade your purchase that’s ok too, we just ask that you pay the difference.

topHow long does it take to get a refund back into my account?

As soon as we receive the returned items you should see a refund on your statement within 5 working days.

topDo you accept Accor Eyecare vouchers?

We do not currently accept Accor Eyecare vouchers.

topDo you take orders over the phone?

We can set up an account for you and enter your prescription if your having difficulties. But as part of our privacy poilcy we do not currently handle any of your financial details. They and all payments are handled by PayPal, a secured independant payment system.

We may at some point in the future accept phone orders, we will let you know in advance in both this space and on the homepage.
