topWhat do I do if I’m not satisfied with my order?

Just send the item(s) back within 14 days and we will offer you a full refund of the purchase (excluding delivery charges) or exchange them for another pair. You just pay the difference!

topHow long will it take to receive my glasses?

Once your order is processed by our dispensing optician it will be sent straight to our lab and your glasses will be made within 1 to 2 days of receipt of your order. Were happy to say that the majority of orders take less then 5 working days to reach your doorstep (That's faster then most local opticians). However, we do stress please allow up to 28 days for orders such as rimless glasses and prescription sunglasses(although it has never taken this long). For frames with varifocal lenses the 28 days commences from the day that we receive your marked frames.

For prescriptions that have been sent by fax or email, the 28 days will commence from that day we receive your prescription.

If your glasses are out of stock, whether these been rimless glasses or another style, we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery. You can always sign into your account and view ‘my orders’ to view the progress of your order during the process.

topHow much is the delivery cost of my glasses?

Your glasses will be delivered by Royal Mail and will cost just £10. if you order more than 1 pair the delivery charge remains just £10. All items must be signed for on receipt of delivery.

topWhere do I get my prescription from?

You can get your prescription directly from the optician that tested your eyes. It must be no more than 2 years old or your optician may refuse to hand it over to you and may insist on a retest. It’s also helpful to know that under some countries Opticians Act's it is your legal right to demand a copy of your prescription from your optician and you are under no obligation to purchase your frames from the optician that provided the test.

topHow good are the quality of your glasses?

All our frames, from our affordable fashion frames to many alternative styles, have the CE marking and conform to safety standards and on top of that we personally inspect every pair of frames for quality before we buy. We not only want them to look good, we want them to be the best quality on the market. if it’s not good enough for us, it’s not good enough for you.

topWhat sort of frame will suit my face?

The shape of your face is the most important factor when choosing any frames. The list below will give you some idea as to which frame will suit your face shape.

Square face: Oval frames are best for a square face as they soften the jaw line. Avoid thin, angular styles and those with colour emphasis on the bottom rim

Round face: Angular or geometric styles are best for a round face. They draw attention to the top half of your face

Long face: A long face with high cheekbones requires wide frames with a strong top line. Avoid small, square shapes - opt for a style with all over colour

Oval face: An oval face looks great in most styles! Be adventurous and try modern geometric shapes, which are stylish and fashionable

Heart-shaped face: A heart-shaped face can wear slender, rounded or square styles without decorative detail on the temples. Avoid styles which are wider at the top, these will reflect the face shape rather than balance it
