Can't find an answer to your question? Then simply contact us using one of the options below, we're always happy to help:
Yes we do, simply select the option when confirming the lenses selection during your prescription glasses purchase.
topWhere do you source your lenses from? All our lenses are sourced in the US and Europe and are CE marked, in fact we probably use the same suppliers as your local opticians.
topDo you offer a guarantee on lenses and coatings? All the lenses that we supply are plastic which means that there softer then glass. So you’ll need to take good care of them! We recommend that you buy them with an anti scratch coat which toughens them against minor scratches. All other coatings come with a 2 year manufacture’s warranty. If any manufacturing fault occurs please get in contact with us and we will send it to our lab for analysis. If there is a manufacturer fault, we will replace the lenses for you straight away.
topAll of your lenses are plastic, can I order glass lenses? We don’t advise it because they tend to be very heavy and if dropped can crack or break. There is also an extra charge for glass lenses and they are less durable then plastic lenses which is why we opt for plastic lenses in our frames.
topWhat are bifocal lenses?A bifocal lens has two powers in one lens. These are suitable for people that need both distance vision and assistance with reading. The lenses have a faint line across the centre which separates the two powers. Good for those who don’t want to carry around 2 pairs of glasses!
topWhat are varifocal Lenses?
Similar to bifocal lenses except these are for three different vision needs. These will help with distance, computer use and reading. There are no clear lines marking the different powers, sometimes causing a distortion when looking out through the sides of the lenses. They say you need to point your nose towards where your looking to avoid this.
For varifocal lenses we will need to send you out the frames that you ordered with the manufacturers plastic lenses, you will need to mark the lenses and send them back to us. Dont worry, postage is on us and there will be instructions and a link to a handy video on youtube to assist the simple process.
topCan I keep my existing frame and put my new prescription lenses in them?
Yes you can. The cost starts from $40 for a re-glaze. Please contact us for more information.
topDo you sell polarised lenses? At current we do not stock these, although we are looking into potential suppliers. We will keep you updated.
