topHow good are the quality of your glasses?

All our frames, from our affordable fashion frames to many alternative styles, have the CE marking and conform to safety standards and on top of that we personally inspect every pair of frames for quality before we buy. We not only want them to look good, we want them to be the best quality on the market. if it’s not good enough for us, it’s not good enough for you.

topDo your frames meet CE standards?

Yes they do. All our glasses, including retro frames, fashion frames and everything inbetween, meet CE standard in safety. We do not believe in cutting corners when it comes to safety.

topWhat do the frame measurements mean?

Frame measurements can be found on the arms of your glasses. Using our search by best fit feature you can find frames that will fit as well as your favourite pair.

topDo all your frames come with a guarantee?

All our frames come with a 12 month manufacturers guarantee.

topCan I just buy the frame and get my local optician to put my lenses in to them?

Yes you can. Simply select the frame only option on the prescription glasses page when ordering your frames.

topWhat sort of frame will suit my face?

The shape of your face is the most important factor when choosing any frames. The list below will give you some idea as to which frame will suit your face shape.

Square face: Oval frames are best for a square face as they soften the jaw line. Avoid thin, angular styles and those with colour emphasis on the bottom rim

Round face: Angular or geometric styles are best for a round face. They draw attention to the top half of your face

Long face: A long face with high cheekbones requires wide frames with a strong top line. Avoid small, square shapes - opt for a style with all over colour

Oval face: An oval face looks great in most styles! Be adventurous and try modern geometric shapes, which are stylish and fashionable

Heart-shaped face: A heart-shaped face can wear slender, rounded or square styles without decorative detail on the temples. Avoid styles which are wider at the top, these will reflect the face shape rather than balance it
